How do you ensure the freshness of the food during transit?
All perishable items are packed in eco-friendly insulated liners with non-toxic gel ice packs to maintain a consistent temperature from our farm to your doorstep.
Where does Hill Farm Real Food source its ingredients?
We grow the majority of our produce on our own sustainable farm. For items we cannot produce ourselves, we partner with local, certified organic growers who share our commitment to real food.
When will my order be delivered?
We ship orders every Monday and Tuesday to ensure weekend delays don't affect freshness. You will receive a tracking number as soon as your box leaves the farm.
What is your policy on returns for food items?
Due to the perishable nature of our products, we cannot accept returns. However, if any item arrives damaged or does not meet our quality standards, please contact us within 24 hours for a full refund or replacement.
Are your products organic and non-GMO?
Yes, all our crops are grown without synthetic pesticides or fertilizers, and we never use genetically modified seeds. We believe in farming in harmony with nature.
Do you offer subscription boxes?
We offer flexible 'Farm Box' subscriptions where you can choose your delivery frequency and save 10% on every order. You can pause or cancel at any time through your account settings.
